While you are free to change your ESA's outfit and style them to your liking, you can't change certain aspects of your ESA, including their hair color, hairstyle, skin color, or facial features.

You can purchase new ESA with different (even rare) features as NFTs from the Jellyme Marketplace. The ClawKeepers (CKS) may be selling them as a brand-new ESA, or you might potentially be buying an ESA from a fellow vampire who listed it themselves.
